POSITION SUMMARY

	PROJECT MANAGER PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE, Worcester, MA. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role will provide support for UMMHC construction and renovation projects in the context of conceptual space planning, design, and functional programming. This position will be responsible for the facilitation of project viability and scope prior to handover to the project construction group. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or interior design with experience as a manager for facility building projects. Five years experience in the management of renovation or construction projects for healthcare facilities in a tertiary care hospital is highly desirable.
