1.

CORPORATE DIRECTOR-FACILITIES ENGINEERING, Wilmington, DE. One of the largest health care providers in the mid-Atlantic region is currently seeking a Corporate Director for their Facilities Engineering department.  With approximately 100 FTEs to direct and oversight of 2.8 M sq. ft. of buildings, this role will have tremendous influence and responsibility in ensuring the reliability of utility systems and environment of care. A Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years in healthcare administration is required. A  P.E. registration and CHFM certification is desirable.

CONSULTING ASSOCIATE, New England/Nationwide. Responsible for the process of providing consulting services in the areas of Environmental Health and Safety as well as JCAHO’s Environment of Care standards. Reporting to the President, the Consultant will be accountability for program design and implementation, client staff teaching and training, and program assessments and evaluations. A basic knowledge of healthcare codes and standards, compliance standards, accreditation programs, coupled with three to five years in a similar role with an organization or in a consulting role is desirable. An undergraduate degree is required, preferably related to environmental health and safety.

DIRECTOR, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, Tampa, FL.  Responsible for an operating budget in excess of $25 million with complete responsibility for four hospitals, two outpatient surgical centers, and more than 30 off campus support and primary care physician facilities. Position has direct management of Plant Operations, Building Maintenance, Grounds, Safety, Security, Emergency Preparedness and Clinical Engineering including oversight of over 3 million sq. ft., 1300 beds and supervision of 100+ FTE’s. A Bachelor’s degree and CHFM certification and 6-10 years experience in similar role is required. Master’s degree preferred.

PROJECT EXECUTIVE, Chattanooga, TN. Responsibility for the overall management of the planning, design, and construction related to an aggressive redevelopment master plan. This position will be the single source of accountability for project performance and will coordinate the activities of all internal project teams, external consultants, architects, and contractors. Qualifications include appropriate Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
5.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, FACILITIES OPERATIONS, Beverly, MA. Responsible for the leadership of the power plant, lead technicians, and daily maintenance functions with the support of 20 FTEs. The successful candidate will possess an Associates Degree in Engineering or a discipline closely related to facilities management and the CHFM certification.  Additionally, a minimum of 10 years maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare, and 5-7 years progressive maintenance management experience in an institutional environment is required.

PROJECT ARCHITECT/PROJECT SUPERVISOR, Boston, MA.  A 451 bed academic medical center located near the South End of Boston is looking to hire a Project Architect and a Project Supervisor. The successful architectural candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related discipline, 4-6 years construction experience and possess a license to practice architecture in Massachusetts.  The successful candidate for supervisor will possess an associate’s degree in Construction Management and demonstrated construction experience in a similar role in the healthcare field. State of Massachusetts and City of Boston Construction Supervisors License is required.
7.
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, Fremont, NE. Position will be responsible for the oversight and direction of all facilities operations as will as a number of additional support functions for this Medical Center located just north of Omaha, NE. Accountabilities include all planning, design, and construction activities as well as compliance and asset management. Successful candidate will have an appropriate bachelor’s degree, possess the CHFM certification, and 5-7 years of leadership experience in healthcare facilities management.

DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT, Springfield, MA. Reporting directly to Vice President of Facilities and Guest Relations, Director of Facilities Planning and Management has direct responsibility for the oversight of the departments of Design and Construction and Construction Management with the support of 18 FTEs. Responsibilities will be focused on optimizing processes and meeting budgets, efficient communication with teams and management, conducting stakeholder analysis and improving standards of performance, quality and safety. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a discipline closely related to facilities management and CHFM certification as well as 10 years construction experience and 5-7 years progressive construction management experience.

9.

MANAGER-MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, Wilmington, DE. This role is responsible for management and administration of mechanical engineering services for all Power Plant operations, energy management, project administration and mechanical systems maintenance. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in a similar role for an equally complex organization. A Bachelors degree in Mechanical and a minimum of 5 years in facilities engineering is required.
